Build the U.S. business before you build the U.S. team

Experienced U.S. commercial leadership for global technology companies entering or expanding in the United States.

A strong product is only the beginning

Success in any international market does not automatically translate into U.S. revenue. The United States is larger, noisier, more fragmented, and expensive to learn through trial and error.

I help technology companies determine where the opportunity is real, sharpen their U.S. positioning, choose the right sales and partner strategy, and build an early revenue foundation before committing to a full U.S. commercial team.

From market entry to early revenue

Market entry and positioning

Validate the market, ideal customer, buyer, competitive landscape and U.S. value proposition.

Go-to-market strategy

Build the right direct, channel, partner-led or hybrid commercial motion.

Revenue models and operations

Shape pricing, packaging, pipeline stages, CRM structure, KPIs and operating cadence.

Partnerships and channels

Identify, recruit, and enable resellers, ISVs, distributors and strategic partners.

Sales process and early pipeline

Develop the messaging, sales process, collateral and early customer opportunities needed to gain traction.

Hands-on U.S. execution

Support introductions, meetings, pilots, negotiations, partnerships and initial deals.

Founder experience with operator discipline

I started my first technology business at 23 and spent 13 years building it to more than 900 customers before exiting through acquisition.

Since then, I have led sales, partnerships, channels and market expansion across SaaS, fintech, payments, POS and related technology markets. Three times, I served as the first U.S. employee for an international technology company.

That experience allows me to understand both sides of the challenge: the founder’s urgency to grow and the practical work required to create a functioning U.S. commercial operation.

Advisory strategy and execution

This is not simply a market-entry report. I work alongside the leadership team to turn strategy into positioning, partnerships, sales execution, and early revenue.

Engagements can include:

  • U.S. market-entry assessment

  • 90- or 180-day launch support

  • Fractional U.S. commercial leadership

  • Ongoing strategic advisory
